The Guild meets the 1st Friday of the month from September to June and has been active since 1985.
Members range from beginners to people with many years experience.
Spinning, weaving and other fibre manipulations form the core of guild activities. Regular "fibre fun" days and workshops are important Guild activities.
The Guild also maintains a small library of books and magazines, plus DVD's for visual learning, which members are welcome to borrow.
Workshops and seminars are offered on an ongoing basis and include a wide variety of techniques and topics.
We draw on the extensive talents of our members for these, as well as bringing people on from other guilds.
The Guild also participates in a variety of displays and demonstrations throughout the year.
